Yes. Business customers at Oscar can pay by invoice via Billie, free of charge. Approval is subject to a real-time credit check carried out by Billie. If invoice payment isn't available to you, please select an alternative payment method at checkout.
Business customers have 30 days to pay their invoice, from the date your rental is completed.
No. There are no fees for business customers using invoice payment with Billie.
Your invoice is sent to the email address you provided at checkout, after your rental has ended. It is also available to download at any time in your personal Billie Buyer Portal.
After your first booking, you'll receive access to your personal Billie Buyer Portal. Here you can view, download, and manage all your Billie invoices, check payment statuses, and update your payment method.
Billie will send you bank transfer details by email. Once your payment has been processed - which can take up to three business days - your invoice status in the Buyer Portal will be updated. If it takes longer than three business days, please contact Billie's customer service directly.
This can happen if your transfer was made shortly before or after the due date. Payment reminders are automatically deactivated once Billie receives your payment. You can also check the status at any time in your Billie Buyer Portal.
Billie runs a real-time credit check when you select invoice payment. This is based on your company name, address, payment history, invoice amount, and data from credit agencies. If the check is unsuccessful, invoice payment cannot be offered for that booking and you'll need to choose another payment method.
Billie verifies your details against data held by credit agencies. If your information can't be matched, your company name may not appear or an alternative suggestion may be shown. If you are self-employed, please enter your first and last name in the checkout field to enable real-time verification.
